We all know that exercise is good for us, but in winter it can be more difficult to leave the hot chocolate and the couch behind and get moving. Exercise is good for flushing toxins and waste products from our body as it causes us to perspire. You see perspiration contains lyzosynme which fights bacteria and flushes microbes from the surface of our skin. Perspiration, although not always pretty, assists us in having gorgeous, healthy glowing skin naturally.
